Working principle
Material transportation: Tea leaves enter the machine from the top hopper, vibrate through the vibrator device, slide down the channel, accelerate and fall into the observation area of the sorting chamber, and pass through between the sensor and the background plate.
Optoelectronic recognition: Under the action of a light source, a high-definition CCD optical sensor is used to perform high-speed calculation and processing of the spectral parameters and graphic features of tea leaves based on the strength and color changes of light, distinguishing tea leaves from heterochromatic impurities such as stems and yellow flakes.
Sorting and elimination: The system generates output signals based on the information obtained from sensors, drives the solenoid valve to work, and blows the discolored tea leaves into the waste chamber of the receiving hopper, while the good tea leaves continue to fall into the finished product chamber of the receiving hopper, thus achieving the purpose of sorting.
