Consider the characteristics of tea leaves
Types: Different types of tea, such as green tea, black tea, oolong tea, etc., have different colors, shapes, and sizes. Green teas like Longjing have a tender green color and require high precision in color selection; Iron Guanyin and other oolong teas have large and curly leaves, which require a color sorter with suitable channels and recognition modes. A color sorter with shape selection function can be selected to screen according to the shape of the tea leaves.
Impurity type: If the main impurities in tea are tea stems and yellow flakes, a regular color sorter is sufficient; If there are impurities similar in color to tea leaves, such as other plant leaves mixed in, a high-precision and high-resolution color sorter equipped with advanced CCD sensors and image processing technology is needed to accurately identify and remove them.
Pay attention to performance indicators
Accuracy: Accuracy is a key indicator. High resolution CCD sensors can accurately detect tiny lesions or discoloration points up to 0.04mm ² or even smaller, and can select extremely fine impurities to ensure the purity of tea leaves.
Processing capacity: Depending on the production scale, large tea factories have a high daily output and require several tons or even higher processing capacity per hour. Multi layer large color sorting machines with high processing capacity can be selected; For small workshops, choose small color sorting machines with lower processing capacity.
Take out ratio: refers to the proportion of qualified tea contained in the impurities removed, which can reduce tea waste and improve tea yield. Advanced color sorting machines can achieve a higher proportion.
