The color sorter for coarse cereals is used for color selection of soybeans, corn, broad beans, peanuts and other grains.

The color sorter for coarse cereals is used for color selection of soybeans, corn, broad beans, peanuts and other grains. The following is a detailed introduction to it:
Working principle
Material transportation: Coarse grains enter the color sorter from the top hopper, slide down the channel under the action of the vibrator, accelerate into the observation area of the sorting room, and pass through between the sensor and the background plate.
Optoelectronic recognition: Under the illumination of a light source, a CCD image sensor is used to capture the optical information of miscellaneous grains. Based on the strength and color changes of the light, miscellaneous grains are distinguished from heterochromatic impurities.
Sorting and exclusion: The system processes the information obtained by the sensor, generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work, blows the discolored grains into the waste chamber, and the qualified grains fall into the finished product chamber.
