Hawit Stone & Glass Big Size Material Color Sorter

Horizontal Design · Special Ejectors · Model C4G1

Built for the Heavy End of Sorting

A purpose-built sorter for materials that ordinary machines cannot handle.

The Hawit C4G1 uses a horizontal layout and specially engineered ejectors. It tackles products that are too heavy or too abrasive for conventional chute-fed machines — stone, glass fragments, and mineral quartz are prime examples.

Capacity that scales with the operation.

Depending on model configuration, the C4G1 processes 1 to 10 tons per hour (at approximately 3%–5% contamination). This range makes it suitable for mining, recycling, and industrial processing operations of varying scales.

Camera and ejector choices that put you in control.

The machine is built around a Toshiba 5400-pixel full-color CCD camera. For the ejector system, customers can select from Hawit, SMC (Japan), or Matrix (Italy) — whichever best aligns with their maintenance setup and market requirements.

Key Features at a Glance

  • High sorting accuracy for demanding applications

  • Glass distance up to 350 mm for large particle throughput

  • Special feeding system engineered for heavy, irregular materials

  • Purpose-designed for big size product sorting

A. Technical Features

  1. Special Feeding System Design
Engineered for large, irregularly shaped materials. Each chute operates independently and can be flexibly combined according to sorting requirements, effectively reducing the rejection ratio and air consumption.

  2. LED Light Control System
Advanced digital stepless automatic dimming technology adjusts LED brightness according to material sorting requirements and environmental changes. The system supports thousands of color recognition, separation, and classification scenarios.

  3. One-Key Intelligent Operation System
Operators define the material's color, shape, size, and defect area. The machine then autonomously calculates, intelligently identifies, and automatically sets the optimal sorting scheme.

  4. Self-Checking System
The self-test system automatically checks the working status of cameras, control panels, and background boards before each operation, saving time on manual pre‑checks.

  5. 5400-Pixel High-Resolution Camera
The industrial-grade HD CCD camera achieves sorting accuracy down to 0.04 mm², easily separating discolored materials and foreign objects even in large-size applications.

  6. New-Generation ARM+FPGA Processor
Extremely increases sorting capacity to support high‑volume production of big size materials.

  7. Latest Ejector Technology
Specially designed ejectors deliver longer lifespan, lower air consumption, faster response, easier maintenance, and high sorting accuracy — even when handling heavy, dense particles.
