Advanced Technology for Shell & Kernel Separation
The Hawit infrared camera color sorter is specially designed to sort materials that are difficult to separate with conventional visible-light cameras, such as pistachio shell and kernel separation, as well as other products requiring infrared recognition.
With a capacity of 1–5 tons per hour (based on approx. 3%–5% contamination), the series offers flexible configurations from 1 to 5 chutes.
Infrared Camera Configuration:
The number of infrared cameras can be selected by the customer and installed on both the front view and back view sides for full-surface inspection.
Visible Camera & Lens:
Equipped with a Toshiba (Japan) full-color CCD camera with 5400 pixels for standard RGB sorting.
Remote Control System
The Hawit cloud service platform provides real-time online tracking, service monitoring, and data collection. It enables remote control, operation, maintenance, and software upgrades, and can diagnose and resolve issues related to LED lamps, electronics, mechanics, and adjustments.
One-Key Intelligent Operation System
Users define the material's color, shape, size, and defect area. The machine then autonomously calculates, intelligently identifies, and automatically sets the optimal sorting scheme — especially powerful for infrared-based shell/kernel differentiation.
LED Light Control System
Advanced digital stepless automatic dimming technology automatically adjusts LED brightness according to material sorting requirements and environmental changes, ensuring optimal performance across thousands of color recognition and classification tasks.
Self-Checking System
The self-test system automatically checks the working status of cameras (both visible and infrared), control panels, and background boards before each operation, saving time on manual pre-checks.
5400-Pixel High-Resolution CCD Camera
The industrial-grade HD CCD camera achieves sorting accuracy down to 0.04 mm², easily separating black spots and light-yellow defects in the visible spectrum.
New-Generation ARM+FPGA Processor
Extremely increases sorting capacity to support high-volume production requirements, processing both visible and infrared signals simultaneously.
Latest Ejector Technology
Delivers longer ejector lifespan, lower air consumption, faster response, easier maintenance, and high sorting accuracy. Ejectors can be customized (Hawit, SMC, or Matrix) to meet varying distributor and end-user demands.
Special Feeding System Design
Each chute operates independently and can be flexibly combined according to sorting requirements, effectively reducing the rejection ratio and air consumption.
